Our team have been hard at work adding lots of new features to our ORDER-iT Order & Workflow Manager to help manufacturers of customisable products streamline their business processes and increase profit

Here are just some of the new features adding in the last few months

1. Bulk Management Tools – high individual orders or choose all orders with a certain order status to create picking list, order stock, put on hold, take off hold or create despatch notes

2. Display all print positions – both the order manager and despatch note now detail or display multiple print positions for products where more than 1 area has been customised. artwork has obviously always displayed all areas to print but now you can see everything without having to download the artwork

3. New conversion reporting – as it is really important to understand buyer behaviour we have added a new report that measures products personalised but not ordered and samples created and not ordered – available in the reporting menu

4. More output formats – we have been asked for more option for printing other than just JPEG, PDf and png so have now added 2 optional extras SVG & TIFF

These are both really useful for specific jobs

SVG is a vector graphic so ideal for engravers or people wanting to print text from artwork files

TIFF is an image format that converts easily between RGB and CMYK – perfect for application where image colour reproduction is key

5. Upload own stock products – we introduced stock products earlier in the year for people that wanted to add no personalised products to their workflow – these were auto created as and when an order was place for them. however some people wanted this to work the other way round so we have introduced the ability to import these direct into ACP

6. More Auto Order Imports – we have refined this feature further to make it easier to auto import orders from other websites into your order manager so all orders can be managed in one place
