Review Orders As They Arrive

  • Orders arrive direct from multiple websites or instore kiosks
  • Orders can be searched by Order Reference, Order Status or Website Name

  • Icons with action buttons for download or print appear when you hover over an order line

Download Print Ready Artwork

  • Click artwork icon to download artwork
  • Different print ready artwork formats available for download
  • Displays larger image of job to be printed
  • Allows simple artwork edits if required

Print Despatch Note

  • Click on Despatch Icon to Print Branded Despatch Notes for each Website
  • The Despatch Note has two copies of the delivery address for integrated despatch label
  • Also has small thumbnail of customisable product
  • Includes barcode so the job can be scanned to confirm despatch

Update Order Status

  • Order status can be updated with simple drop down menu
  • Can be used to confirm order receipt, production status and despatch
  • Status changes auto save and update websites and end users
