In light of the recent spread of coronavirus, we’d like to take this opportunity to update our customers and partners on the measures we are taking to ensure that business runs as usual. We understand that this is a worrying time, however Custom Gateway is committed to ensuring that there is no disruption to our day-to-day operations.

At this time, our offices remain open as normal, as per government advice. However, if circumstances called for businesses to temporarily close offices, our services and support would remain fully operational. We are quite fortunate that our business is almost entirely cloud-based, meaning that each member of our team could work from home, providing you with the normal level of contact and support expected.

We are proud of our team’s strong ability to pull together, regardless of where we are physically located, (being an international company, this is something we already do daily). As such, our phone lines, support desk and emails would all be monitored as normal too.

In addition, our supply chain and network are some of the most secure businesses in the world, meaning that there is no disruption to the normal fulfilment of orders at this time.
